Doesn't see my downloaded products

Product Manager (Windows) doesn't see my downloaded products. That is extremely painful as I overstepped my ISP's monthly limit and had to pay an extra 349 kr to complete the download of the Superior Drummer 3 Core Sound Library. After several hours download time Product Manager did acknowledge that the packages were successfully downloaded. But after restarting PM no longer sees them.

Not sure why this happened. I had to switch the download location to an external SSD drive but did not move anything manually.

Why can't I simply tell Product Manager where the packages were downloaded?

This can happen if the location of the downloaded products has been unavailable some time when PM has been started/activated or if the path (for example drive letter) has changed. To make the downloads known to PM again, you can set the download location (in Options) to where those downloads are and click Download for each. If they do exist there, they will just get verified instead of re-downloaded. When done, you can change the download location to wherever you want - this location setting only affects new/future downloads.
