Doesn’t see my downloaded products

    This can happen if the location of the downloaded products has been unavailable some time when PM has been started/activated or if the path (for example drive letter) has changed. To make the downloads known to PM again, you can set the download location (in Options) to where those downloads are and click Download for each. If they do exist there, they will just get verified instead of re-downloaded. When done, you can change the download location to wherever you want – this location setting only affects new/future downloads.
