    When I click on PC and try to start downloading my product manager, I obtain the following message:

    No se puede acceder a este sitio web

    No se ha podido encontrar la dirección DNS del servidor de cds.f5z4k8q3.hwcdn.net.
    Busca cds f5z4k8q3 hwcdn net files Product Manager WIN 101 en Google
    ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
    I cant download anything, please help.

    Hi Roberto could you found a wayt to downloading?? I also live in Costa Rica and has same trouble as well.

    I just purchased EZ Keys…trying to download the Product Manager but when I click “download PC” it just tells me “server not found”. I’m in CR too. Wish I had seen these comments before I bought it.

    Hi,

    please try to update your DNS server to another provider such as Google’s DNS servers.
    That would be these DNS settings:

    Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
    Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

    And here’s how to change DNS server settings in Windows 10:

    Hi,

    If you get “server not found”, “host name could not be resolved”, “DNS error” or similar, please add “8.8.8.8” and “8.8.4.4” to your list of DNS servers in network preferences and try again. (Those are Google’s DNS servers.)

    I used the “register product” instead. It accepted my code and showed a box… download, install, authorize… I hit download and immediately the download box was checked. But nothing downloaded. So I hit install and immediately the install box was checked but nothing installed. Now, apparently, it thinks I have downloaded and installed EZ Keys but I haven’t. Nothing was downloaded and I’m stuck again with no product. I’m calling Sweetwater today and hopefully they can figure it out. No way I’m going into my PC and screw around with DNS settings. I’m not a computer guy.

    I’m having the same problem. Also i try to use google DNS adress, but it seems nothing change. Any idea how to solve it? Im in Brazil.

    Same problem here 3 years later, I’m in Colombia and have already changed the DNS but did not fix anything, thanks.
