In respect to this forum, visitors can freely read and ask pre-sales requests in the boards at their disposal for this purpose, post feedback and/or suggest directions they would like to see future development going forward, or make use of any of the other public boards to discuss particular aspects of the products.

Official Support is available to registered Toontrack users only. Access to the appropriate private boards is automatically granted on registration of a Toontrack product at:

If, as a registered Toontrack user, you are unable to access the Official Support area by following this http://www.toontrack.com/forum/ please contact the Support Team using the support webform located at http://www.toontrack.com/faq , including the serial number for your product and your forum ID (login name at this forum).

Please do not post support queries in the public forums, on the Pre-sales boards or any of the boards not clearly marked as ‘Support’, they will be moved or deleted without prior warning. Repeating offenders will be banned from the forum if unable to provide proof of ownership. Thank you for your understanding.
