Upgraded from EZmix Lite to EZmix2, but lost EZmix Lite on hard drive and can’t reinstall EZMix2 download now.

About a year or so ago I upgraded from EZmix Lite to EZmix2, but lost EZmix Lite on my hard drive and can’t reinstall EZMix2 download now. I reformatted my hard drive to install everything fresh, but in the process, lost my original EZmix Lite install – since this is not available anymore, my upgrade download to EZmix2 doesn’t work. Does anyone have a solution for this? I don’t want to purchase EZmix 2 again, obviously.

EZmix Lite should not have to be installed first. What error message do you get?

According to your account, at least according to the account attached to your forum email, you have EZdrummer Lite and EZmix 1. I don’t see EZmix 2 registered.

Hello, I have ezmix 2.0.9 , and I just purchased rooms and reverbs, but when I try to install it it says
” ezmix needs to be upgraded before you can install this product” so I hit the look for updates and it shows to have a 2.1.0 update but when I click on the ” go to download page” it takes me to my account ” my products” and shows me the ROOMS AND REVERBS I just bought. Didn’t say anything about an update so I downloaded ROOMS AND REVERBS ” again thinking this was what I had to do but it started from the beginning again with the ” update needed” BUT I CANT FIND THE UPDATE TO DOWNLOAD…. Can you please help me out here….nor does my account show I have ezmix2 but I do… I have 1,2 and vocal pack… All work… Thank you guys

I have two emails that operated under same user name…. Right now I’m on soonerboi77@gmail, and the other is tyson_ hope@yhaoo.com….. Only thing that shows up between the the two is ROOMS AND REVERB in my products

Well, you did download the EZmix2 demo. Are you sure you purchased the full version of EZmix2? If you did, you would have had to register it to an account.

Iim honestly confused lol….. When I look at my computer programs it says I have ezmix (32 bit)…. But on that ezmix tool when in cubase lets me chose from ezmix 1, 2, or vocal pack which I just noticed that is also not in my product inventory on toontrack website but are clearly in my recording daw…. My I sent pics?
