Ezmix problem

Hi guys
I can’t install Ezmix in OS X 10.11 🙁 Everytime i try i will get this message….”you need to upgrade to OS X 10.4 or better” :/ Since I have OS X 10.11 i don’t see the problem. Nevertheless it still say the I have to upgrade, and then it shut down installation. What can i do???

hello My EZ MIX Metal gods pack won’t install at the moment I have the program up and running ..In the preset pack section all it says is “EZMIX1 EZMIX2” but no guitar gods pack!!!.. I tried to download and when I install it ..it says “config error cannot read install config file!” please help with this issue! I would like to enjoy the product I have payed for!..thanks for any help!

Hi David,

We’d recommend using the Product Manager application (not web version) to handle your downloads and installations. You should not get the Config File Error when installing through Product Manager.

Does anyone know where the authorization for ezmix is written to? I work on the road and multiple PCs regularly and authorizing every single expansion 1 at a time is a major pain in the ass. Id like to consolidate that in 1 reg file if possible.

Try running the installer with administrator privileges. To do this, right-click on the installer and select “Run as administrator.”
