The only library you should have when you purchased EZKeys Grand Piano is the grand piano library.

If you are referring to the picture in the manual showing the library menu that lists an upright piano, that pic is only showing where future libraries will appear. Not the current libraries available.

That picture confused me as well, for a few minutes. I’d suggest fixing the manual. Or you could blame everyone who reads it for not understanding the less-than-obvious fact that it doesn’t exist yet. Even when it does, yeah, maybe it will be free cuz it’s in the manual. I can assume that, right?

The pic in the manual show the dropdown menu that lists the EZkeys libraries and where to select one to load.

As you have read, the manual isn’t written specifically for the Grand Piano EZKeys library (it is pointed out a couple of times). It will be used as the manual for future libraries as well so just listing the ‘Grand Piano’ as the only library would confuse future users. I think it would also be confusing to have a list of:

    XXXX
    XXXX
    XXXX
    XXXX

…or some other generic listing of libraries.

BTW, similar library listings appear in other Toontrack products (EZdrummer and Superior Drummer 2) with no such confusion.
