Not showing chords during playback

On any of my EZKeys pianos I am not seeing the chords displayed during playback. I have show chords checked. What am I missing?

No one can help me? I checked for the answer in the FAQ’s but could not find it. Thank you

Ezkeys will only display chords on MIDI input. IOW, when using a MIDI keyboard or when fed MIDI from the DAW track.

BTW, you won’t get extremely prompt replies on the weekends as the techs are having their weekend off too.

Thanks. I could swear I saw chords displayed after I dragged an intro, verse, chorus section while building a song. I hit play and the chords come against a picture of the type of piano I happened to be using. I have a midi keyboard but I have not used it with EZKeys. I have used EZKeys with my DAW, StudioOne Pro. Maybe that’s where I saw the chords. Thanks again.
