ezy keys PLAYER

is there a PLAYER I need to download with my midi packs or is it included in the pack?
my ezy midis show as having been installed…but I cant open them……….when I open the installer again it says my current software is not up to date and then that no updates are available

What EZkeys player do you have? EZkeys Grand, EZkeys Classic Electrics, EZkeys Upright, etc?

that is the root of my question…….am I correct in saying that in order to use the midi packs I need to have one of the ezykeys you mentioned (or similar)?

That’s unclear on the web site. I though I was buying midi that I could l load directly into my DAW

Ill spend the approx. 170.00 if I need to but wasn’t expecting that. I think the website could be a bit more clear

Yes, the EZkeys MIDI packs require an EZkeys sound library/player.

I just bought at home EZkeys melancholic pop, I then install toontrack product manager and when I wanted to install the vst EZkeys melancholic pop, impossible, a message appears saying (the EZkeys software version installed on you computer is I’m trying to continue and after the second message (the product is up to this point, the product is installed corectly) after impossible to continue, what should I do? EZkeys MIDI packs require an EZkeys Sound Library to work.

If you don’t have an EZkeys Sound Library, and don’t plan on purchasing one, you can request a refund directly from Toontrack. Click the Contact Support button in the FAQ below.

In short; it is a virtual instrument with included songwriting features, apart from being a Toontrack MIDI player.
You can use Toontrack MIDI as is, modify it, use EZkeys to record and modify your own MIDI, have your own MIDI played back with the feel of other MIDI, etc.

as pointed out earlier in the thread, to use the EZkeys MIDI package you have bought, you need to have the virtual instrument ‘EZkeys’ installed.

The EZkeys instrument comes with a sound library, there are several to choose from, which you can see on the EZkeys product page.

If you wish to get a refund, you need to contact Toontrack directly:
