Ok, well Im not sure why this got moved to here, because this could affect users who dont have ezd as well. Anyhow, I have managed to stabalize my blue screens, but I can easily crash my system by just selecting Audio from the top of the EZD gui. With 90 lookyloos, I suppose Im the only one with this problem.

Mods; Why was this moved? Please explain.

Hi – can you be more specific, what do you mean by saving to a wrong folder?

Hi all. I had a similar experience with Toontack Solo software. After installation Solo SW, my system a little bit crashed. Some software wasnt work right after than (Firefox etc.). So I didnt have enought time to solve that problem or to find what was wrong and the end I uninstalled Solo SW from my computer. I came back to play my e-drums Roland TD 3 and Toontrack Superior as stand alone  with Cantabile 1.2 Lite software (free version with two “racks”). It allows me to practicing on my drum kit and listen mp3 file, as a backsound, together. Solo software seems nice and it would be nice to use it with my drum kit.  I will try to install it  again, but after getting more information from anothers users.

    Bye Pavel

Hi – Toontrack solo requires an ASIO card to work, as specified in the documentation. From your report I would be inclined to think you are using either a built-in soundcard or the WDM drivers instead of the ASIO drivers for your soundcard… without details of your system we are clutching at straws anyhow.

    Hi,
I had used ASIO driver. It was an internal  PC problem (SW).  I have solved it. Dfh with Tooontrack Solo working great now.
    Thanks anyway

Glad to hear you got it working. I havent. But I havent tried it in a while. Toontrack support started looking into my problems, but after a while I never heard anything more from them. Glad it was free

Hi – there are no imminent releases planned for solo. Even if you have not heard from us that does not mean the issue is considered resolved. It is on the programmer’s (virtual) desk and it will be looked into when EZplayer Pro has been released since we will then update Toontrack solo to work in tandem with it.

Just wanted to update this thread since the release of the update to Solo. Looks like Im smooth sailing now, and didnt experience any problems like I was seeing before, even after I tried to crash it. Just want to say thanx to the Toontrack staff.

    Craig
