What would be the most basic/most affordable bundle or set of products (guitar, bass, drums and maybe keys/synths) to buy for writing 80's inspired music?

A group of friends and I are starting to develop a video game and we were thinking about toontrack for the music, but we've got a little bit overwhelmed by the amount of bundle combinations and products that Toontrack has to offer.
I would love to read some of your recommendations keeping in mind that:
-This is our first time ever buying any Toontrack products and our first experience with the software too.
-All the music will be produced in and through some of the Tooncast products;
-Maybe we could get a casio keyboard to work as a midi controller, but can't confirm that yet.
-We need midi packs for guitars, bass, and drums but not so much for keys/synths besides the sounds (piano sounds, synth sounds, strings sounds, etc)
-Our budget (will update soon) is really tight.

So that's it. I hope some of you can answer this soon. Sorry for the typos and grammar mistakes if there're any.
Regards from Argentina.
