Why can’t I continue with my order?

Solution:

In the Toontrack webshop you can find a vast selection of products. Some of these products are expansion packs or upgrades for other products and require a qualifying product to be used. If you can’t proceed with your checkout, it is likely because you don’t have the qualifying product registered to the Toontrack account which you are logged on to, or have the qualifying product in your cart.

Please see below for more details:

– EZdrummer is required to buy any EZX sound expansions.

– Superior Drummer 2 is required to buy any SDX or EZX sound expansions.

– Superior Drummer 2 or the qualifying SDX is required to buy any S2.0 Producer Presets.

– EZmix or EZmix 2 is required to purchase any EZmix packs. Please note that some EZmix packs are only compatible with EZmix 2.

This also applies to Upgrade products:

– EZdrummer is required to buy the Superior Drummer 2 Crossgrade.

– EZ Drummer Lite is required to buy the EZdrummer® Lite Upgrade. *

– dfh Superior Custom & Vintage or dfh Superior Vintage – Add on are required to purchase the Custom & Vintage SDX upgrade.**

– An EZkeys sound product is required to buy the EZkeys MIDI Packs.

* EZdrummer® Lite is a stripped down version of EZdrummer. It is only available when bundled with third party products.

** dfh Superior Custom & Vintage and the dfh Superior Vintage – Add on are discontinued and not available in the Toontrack webshop.
