If you are prompted with a message saying “Locate the sound files for EZkeys” it is likely because you have only installed the Player Update for the product, and not the full installer.
In this case we would recommend you uninstall every EZkeys-related from the Control Panel (PC) or using the uninstaller provided with the original installer (Mac). Then please proceed with installing EZkeys from the downloadable full installer available from your account at toontrack.com (the red PC/MAC button on the EZkeys page).
After installation, please apply the latest updates for EZkeys, available from the Downloads section in your Toontrack account.
For PC users, Please note that you must extract the downloaded zip file before running the actual installer.
