Toontrack Music announces Drumtracker
In connection to the AES-show in New York Toontrack Music unveils Drumtracker.
Drumtracker is a host independent, stand-alone, multi-track audio to MIDI converter software for sound replacement. It is Toontracks third release in a series of sampler peripheral products that started with the release of EZplayer Free earlier in 2007 and the announcement of Toontrack Solo this week.
Drumtracker gives you manual control over tracking and exporting and lets you select which part or parts of a drum track that you want to export, down to each single hit.
Each triggering point is graphically represented and you can set max/min velocity and threshold values for each instrument and articulation. Drumtracker allows you to export all drums to one single MIDI file or as separate MIDI files and to choose between different output MIDI mappings adapted for your favorite drum sampler format.
