‘Invalid computer id : contact support & ‘you need to upgrade sofware before installing’

Hi just use the download mgr. to download my latin percussion toontracks. the download mgr. does not except my computer id. getting invalid computer id :contact support message. when trying to install out side of download mgr.
get the message ‘you need to upgrade your toontracks software before you can install this product message’. however there is no link for me to update anything.

Hi,

you only have the Latin Percussion EZX registered to your account but this product requires EZdrummer 2.
I.e. you cannot install this EZX without having EZdrummer 2 installed.

Hi John,

sorry to hear that I need another product to make this work. I did not see anywhere the requirement that I needed another more expensive product to make this work?
I can not afford $179 at this time. how can I get a refund.

it is stated on the product page (please see attached screen shot) that it is an expansion and requires EZdrummer.
