Product Manager – Downloaded products saying not downloaded

    Hi,

    did you put the files you downloaded on your Online computer in the folder set as your ‘Downloads’ folder in the Product Manager’ on your Offline computer?
    If so, what happens if you click the ‘Download’ product button? Does it “see” the product as downloaded then?

    Hey John,

    Thanks for the reply.
    I’ve made sure it was in the downloads folder for the product manager. When I clicked download it tries to download the files again and won’t budge (because no internet) when I cancel, it deletes the file that was in there already.

    (I’m using my mobile Hotspot to connect to authorize)

    Hi,

    why it “won’t budge” is probably because Product Manager is verifying the file. It says so only on the left side under Downloads, which you can expand with cmd-D.
    You just needs to wait for verification to finish.
    Internet is not needed at all at this stage, if the whole file is there.

    There is no “cancel”. “Pause” pauses (and the file will be renamed to end with “.incomplete”) and “delete” (the x) deletes (with a confirmation dialog).
