No Products within Product Manager?

    Did you register your EZD2 serial to your account? You should have got an email confirmation of your order that included your product serial number.

    Hi Scott,

    Really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly!
    Mate I feel like the biggest noob, I did get the email – I just didn’t scroll all the way down to the bottom of the email where the serial number is located.

    I am downloading the content now and it all looks good…

    If I have any trouble authorising I’ll get in touch – but having been through your FAQ’s all morning looking for where the “serial number” would be located the authorization topic is covered in great detail so it shouldn’t be a problem.
