    Hi,

which OS version are you on?
Did you run the full 2.0.2 installer and then the 2.1.1 update?

Okay, running the update created the folder and the app… I’m kind of confused, but everything seems okay.

    Thanks for your help!

OK I have this problem as well. Contacted support but just read that it is necessary to apply 2.1.1 update: installer stops and message reads-
“The location where EZdrummer normally stores its sounds is invalid. This update cannot proceed without a working EZdrummer 2 installation”

Amendment: Now working after uninstall/reinstalling to ext’ drive and applying update 2.1.1

I’m having an issue with this as well. I’m on a Mac and running OS 10.11.2

When I try to install EZDrummer_MAC_202, it tells me that the location where EZdrummer normally stores its sounds is invalid. This update cannot proceed without a working EZdrummer 2 installation.

I’m also getting an error that reads: “Installer” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

    What am I missing?

To solve your ‘Installer can’t be opened’ error, instead of double clocking the icon, right-click and choose ‘Open’ from the menu, and then click ‘Open anyway’

Same thing here… I tried the demo first, then purchased the product and even once the installation is done, I see nothing, no app and can’t see anything in Logic Pro… Still after installation, it says “partly installed AU…” verified in Product Manager reinstalled 3 times and upgrades….

What happens is you uninstall EZdrummer 2 and then re-install the full product, followed by the update?

I don’t see that you have EZD2 registered to your account. Please register it via the Toontrack Product Manager and install from the Product Manager.

I am having the same problem. Standalone not installed. I think I downloaded EZ drummer like 10 times and all the updates as well. Still, nothing works.
