Is the Cocktail EZX no longer available for purchase?

It was never available for sale. It was included as a free EZX included with purchase of EZD1.

was wondering the same thing. i just reinstalled ez drummer on a new macbook and the cocktail kit isn’t included and i can’t find a download link on the site. how do i get it back?

It is under the Updates tab under your EZdrummer 1 product.

I own both EZ Drummer 1 and 2. I have already installed EZ Drummer 2 but really miss Cocktail EZX. Should I install EZ Drummer 1 after having installed EZ Drummer 2, and if so, is EZ Drummer 1 compatible with Cubase 8 and Windows 10? Thank you.

The Cocktail EZX can be installed and will work in EZD2. The Pop/Rock EZX should also be in your account. This is the same kit (and MIDI) as the Pop/Rock kit in EZD1. There is no need to install EZD1.

I’m confused, Scott You suggested I not intall EZD 1 and then referred me to answer 5: “It is under the Updates tab under your EZdrummer 1 product.” How do I update from EZD1 if I don’t install it?

It’s not an update but the download is under the Updates tab.

I don’t see the Cocktail EZX anywhere … in Toontrack Product Manager I can go to EZDrummer 2 / Show Details /Downloads and it’s not shown. All I see under Updates is EZdrummer 2.1.4 and “Sound library update for Windows” version 1.0.2. (There is not an Updates tab, just an Updates section on the Downloads tab).

The Cocktail EZX was included in your
EZdrummer 1 purchase. Check the Detail section under your EZD1 product.

How does someone who only has EZD2 get this EZX? I’ve got EZD2 for Mac and, using Product Manager, I can’t find any updates for this EZX. I am in need of some Latin MIDIs and I understand this one had a couple. My real need is for Rhumbas, Sambas, Salsas, and Bossa beats, but I’ll take what latin I can. Can you provide a link so I can download the EZX for my setup?

The Cocktail EZX was only available to users that purchased EZD1. It was included with EZD1.

Just answered the question – I installed it – no problems at all everything working ! Awesome products! Please please please keep it up! Just bought the Custom Kit and ALT kits this week! Love them so much, and can do so much with them having both the EZD2 and SD3 is fantastic. SD3 is awesome – by far and away the best software for drums on the planet.
