toontrack solo … with problems

hi.

after the purchase of dfh superior i have downloaded toontrack solo.

at the begin it was all ok.

but after a few weeks, i have noticed a problem… it can’t find the program and the drum sample anymore!

i have tried to uninstall and after install the program again, but it says to me that it can’t find anything…

maybe i have to clean the the pc wit regcleaner or another software like this?

please, help me, now with my v-drum it’s easier to work with that software without pro tools or cubase.

Hi,

do you mean that you can’t launch Toontrack solo at all?
Or can you but you can’t load Superior?
Or is it the Superior sounds that won’t load?
If it’s the last alternative, make sure the ‘PATH TO SOUNDS’ is set correctly in the ‘Settings’ of Superior.
If you get an error message (or several) could you please post it/them?
Could you also please update your profile and/or signature with your system specifications?
