A product like this would solve a lot of problems for those of us looking for a more economical way to interface with our VST’s without having to spend $5000 on a top of the line Vdrum rig.

This could be why Roland aren’t making one – pity though as I’m sure a decent fully featured trigger to midi controller made by Roland would sell  like hot cakes.

Hopefully they learned from Toontrack how to make decent drum sounds lol. They have the expansion slot in the TD-20 but for what? Hopefully they come out with a whole new TD model altogether. They’re falling behind fast.

The only thing that roland has done that will change the face of its recording equipment is that they bought part ownrship of Cakewalk. So now they are Cakewalk by Roland its going to be cool cakewalk will get rolands effects systems which in my eyes are some of the best when it comes to the digital domain itll be interesting to see what good stuff will come out of this. I just wish they would get rid of Session Drummer 2 and smack a deal with Ezdrummer.
